Balcony Roof Repairs

This balcony had been leaking into the garage for a long time.  The homeowner elected to remove the floating wood deck and railing to save money on repairs.

BEGINNING REPAIRS

The rotted deck is removed to expose rotted balcony floor joists 		  DURING REPAIRS

Rotted floor joists are replaced

Tapered shims installed on joists to provide positive drainage		 DURING REPAIRS
OSB sheathing in preparation for roofing

Base sheet installed		 ROOFING

Cap sheet installed
Our Work Complete to the degree the owner desired
 Now the homeowner can reinstall the floating wood deck and railing.
